Returns
Hazy Supply Co. has a 100% moneyback guaranteed return policy that lasts 7 days ON ALL UNUSED ITEMS. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact via email or social media so we may further assist. No returns or refunds on used items, no exceptions.

Depending on item, a return may be required. To be eligible for a return, your item must be 100% unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), and they will be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you that it is in process.
If item requires a return, and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your financial company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To process a return and/or refund, please email hazysupplyco@gmail.com with your order number, return/refund information, and pictures of the product in good lighting. Further instructions/information will be provided upon reply. Please allow 24 hours for response.
